      Pros

      CA is a great company. I really appreciate how employee focused the company is and how important culture seems to be.

      Cons

      We stay very busy but there is room for better pay, considering the amount of work we all do. The pay at CA for inside sales is well below what other EdTech companies pay for the same or similar roles.

      people on immediate teams good but not happy and product is good

      Cons

      Drastic culture change for the worse exec leadership not aligned no clear strategy esp when it comes to people Teams confused / fearful Communications siloed secrecy layoffs Favoritism obvious not same opportunity for all
