      The culture here is amazing! Low egos are the norm and are expected. Everyone wants to see students and teachers succeed. Good benefits including unlimited time off. Leadership is very interested in making sure they are a "world-class employer".

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunities to "move up", but they are working on it.
