Pros

Colleagues are great (smart, hard working, friendly) and I-Ready and the print programs are great products.

Cons

There has been a lot of restructuring and constant changing of territories, managers, etc. I believe company has gotten too large and is spread too thin, trying to compete in the print space instead of refining our digital offering (our bread and butter).

1. Company only hires a low % of who they interview, so you're truly working with amazing people who are dedicated and good at their jobs. 2. If you enjoyed using data to plan instruction/small groups/measure growth, as well as helping other teachers do the same, you'll enjoy being a PD specialist! 3. In the 2.5 years I've been with the company, I've actually seen them listen to feedback and make changes, both on the customer facing side as well as us employees. Pretty rare for a corporate setting.

Cons

1. In this specific role, you travel constantly. The operations team tells you where to go and you go there. You could be in one state on Monday, another state over on Tuesday (or for my Cali folks, Bakersfield on a Monday, Ukiah on a Tuesday).
