      Pros

      meet some great people. nothing else really. The old style managers were the best.

      Cons

      also some people will stab you in the back to get where they want. :-( I worked for this company for 10 years as the managers who will understand this they succeeded "worked me out of the business" . They changed my location of work without my consent, knowing i could not afford £250 extra per month travel cost ,without any redundancy was a case of move or ship out!

      Good holiday pay Other same-level colleagues are usually very friendly

      Cons

      Employees are treated terribly, with no consideration for problems outside of work. Managers are more than willing to tell 'white lies' to customers to ensure a sale. Poor customer relations, some higher-level colleagues have terrible customer service skills and no empathy for customers who have had a hard time dealing with the company.

      Get to help with customers connected world. Good bonus structure when stores are performing well Adapts and changes constantly with the market

      Cons

      constantly changing the goal posts and poor communication between HQ and Stores Heavy pressure from management across all areas. 0 work life balance, takes up 100% of your time
