At a lot of our stores and sites, we have introduced schemes such as ‘babble boards’ and feedback boxes to help provide an easy way of give anonymous feedback straight to senior leaders. NONE. no one really know how awful the company is until you work for them.

Cons

salary is very little for the amount of work you do. clueless management, partial to their favourites, my management was sexiest. HR is not helpful either. too much pressure from a company and they dont care about your mental health.
