      Pros

      Effective leadership. Results are planned out and take all employees into consideration.

      Cons

      Communication. Not utilizing what is available to us as employees. We have a very good program for delivery but still need to call every delivery in, it wastes a lot of time, especially when you already have a program to schedule the deliveries in the system.

      Pros

      Everyone here is like family! I look forward to coming to work everyday, as these people are not just my co-workers, they are friends. They are family oriented here. Family comes first! As an employee you're not just a number. Management takes an interest in you as a person. Curtis Lumber hosts many community events.

      Cons

      Working nights and weekends. It would be nice to reach a level of seniority where departments were covered by, perhaps, part time staff. so senior, full timers could have nights and weekends off.
