Good customers that just want to be helped.

Cons

Too many managers. They don't listen to anything you have to say to make business better. They don't care about your prior experience or any feedback you have to offer. They have an automated response of "that's the first time I've ever heard this" All they want to do is protect their kingdom that they have created. They take a great employee and destroy them.
