      They hire just about anyone entry level

      Cons

      They lay off technicians ALL THE TIME, based on lack of work. They do have some temps but they've hired people full-time just to let them go in swaths. Take my word for it, there is no promotion waiting for you and they are looking to cut costs always. This means employees.
