      The company is going through a fundamental change in the way it delivers services to its customers. The direction is positive, and should show results by year end.

      Cons

      Some in management have an aversion to giving up turf for the benefit of the company as a whole. There is a tendency to thing short term rather than long term.

      Pros

      They tend to hire very personable people (at below the management level). It has a relatively small, close-knit community feel. There's a fish tank.

      Cons

      There's pretty much no formalized training to speak of. Horrible job and career growth opportunities. Extremely high turnover rate, especially for a small company.
