      Pros

      Good people at the company. Nice people to work with.

      Cons

      Most people doing multiple jobs and overworked A fair amount of turnover. Decisions around hiring and letting people go seem short sighted. They seem unable to see the longterm picture for the company and are in constant flux trying to figure out which direction to go in. Management is so busy doing the crazy amount of reports that are expected of them that they don't spend enough time working to employees to drive business.

      Most of my peers were great When the company was doing well, there were a lot of fringe benefits (free concert tix, huge company picnics with nice prizes, etc) They paid for a lot of professional training

      Cons

      Tough to move up Some departments were just plain awful They need to trim some dead wood from staff and mgmt
