      Great, growing company but pay could be better

      Pros

      CustomInk is a great company with wonderful benefits and a laid back, casual atmosphere. The company is constantly growing so job security is never an issue.

      Cons

      There is TONS of competition for positions which can make it challenging when opportunities arise. The pay when moving to a management position is not a very significant difference--there are also no annual raise structure which can be difficult in an area like Northern VA.

      Good-hearted coworkers, eager customers, grounded leaders and a colorful mascot.

      Cons

      Really the only thing is the extremely fast growth. There's been a lot of overtime. Managers recognize it and they're hiring fast to take off the edge.

      Work life balance, great co workers, good pay.

      Cons

      Closed down the location and everyone suddenly lost their jobs the week after Christmas. Would be five stars but obviously that puts a damper on things.
