Inconsistent opportunities for growth or upward mobility, weird and toxic company culture, impossible and always-changing "bonus" metrics, middle management offered little to no guidance/support/help, super obvious cuts to employee resources and perks to meet bottom lines

1. they are an ableist and does not work with employees who are in need of work accommodations 2. they had an invester last year and since they have been incredibly money focused instead of customer focused 3. It is difficult to move up in the company if it is not a sales position 4. feedback is not taken seriously 5. you have to be mindful what you say to leadership in terms of how you feel at the job, if they sense you are not content with the company they will target you are try to get you fired or quit
