Custom Ink has gone through a lot of growth over the past 5-6 years, which can be really difficult on team members. However, through it all, the company has always adhered to the core valuesL Golden Rule, Ownership and Innovation. When decisions are made through these lenses, we all feel more confident in the me, even if we don't always know where we're headed. Team members are great humans some of the most community-centric people I've ever met. You'll always find an Inker willing to go the extra mile. All the perks of today's progressive workplaces (snacks, lounge rooms, free lunch once per week). Leadership is always trying to improve themselves and every team member they support.
