      Pros

      200 hours of paid time off after your first year 401k contributions Good medical coverage and benefits for a single person Overall, the benefits package they offer now was once great, but it hasn't evolved and is lacking far behind in comparison to what other companies offer now

      Cons

      only 3 weeks of paid maternity leave is embarrassing and insulting cost of insurance increases dramatically when you add a spouse or child

      Pros

      There were free snacks and a free hot catered lunch weekly, until Covid hit and closed the offices. Mostly wonderful, dedicated, interesting, fun colleagues. Great health coverage (except for spouses). A real community feel.

      Cons

      Irate customers, endless call queues, chronic understaffing, not paid enough considering the level of expertise, knowledge and skill we were expected to have.
