      Pros

      in my 17 years of working tenure, never seen an organization with such great culture as Cvent. People here are working from last 10/15/20 years. You will see so many people with this tenure in Cvent and that is for a reason. CULTURE!!

      Cons

      Salary packages may seem low to you if you compare it with startups , but wont seem low if you compare them with big organizations.
