Pros
Cafeteria (free food) + cab + office in good location. No other pro because everything else they offer is offered by any decent company in the market.
Cons
--> Clear lag of managerial leadership. Buttering up is the only way to succeed especially in any Client servies team and department. --> Salary structure is a scam. You are bound firstly to 2.5 years via a bond and then the 10% annual bonus offered in CTC will be given after the first 18 months. ---> Biggest drawback is - No job security.
