-Lack of work life balance: there was an expectation to be available past 5pm and weekends by phone or on video call. -Micromanagement: I had to update my manager weekly on exactly how many hours I was working on what. -Team Inefficiency: there were times where my team was completing a powerpoint 5 minutes before a meeting (that we were also working on the night before). Even meeting at night to work on a powerpoint deck for hours was not necessary. -High stress work environment: there was a big pressure everyday from management to get work done and created a lot of stress and rush to get things done
