Good coworkers, strong team culture in many groups, and solid learning opportunities. It’s a good place to build experience, especially if you want exposure to cross-functional work and a fast-paced environment.

Cons

-Compensation is significantly less compared to what the market offers. -Workload and deadlines can be intense at times during peak seasons. -Some teams report micromanagement or inconsistent management quality. -Priorities and job roles within the same team shift often, which can create stress and reduce clarity.

Brand name and initial learning opportunities.

Cons

Weak HR/payroll support, poor post-exit processes, lack of accountability and few leaders who ask for ego massaging every now j then else they start threatening your mental peace. Few departments are a trap. Once you get in, no IJPs allowed for you regardless of your performance. They even put a blocker on IJP notifications. Managers cant be trusted. They take advantage in public of what you share with them in private.
