1. Latest technologies, although depends on projects sometimes. 2. Good Pay. Above average pay scale. 3. Decent Work-Life balance. Although this is also a bit project dependent but you wont sweat it out here.

Cons

1. Sometimes a bit of over-management. Asked to log a certain number of hours in a week. 2. Bit Less number of leaves in a year.

Cvent is a real software shop in a place that doesnt have that exposure. Coding is one thing but they follow the rules of a publicly traded IT company.

Cons

The company is growing fast and there are challenges that come with sudden bursts. They make good hiring decisions but they may need more scrutiny in the near future.
