The company provides excellent support on the tech front. You will get 2 monitors, costly hard drives, latest softwares and pretty powerful machines to work on. They spend a lot on the infrastructure and the working environment is nice.

Cons

The problem with the company is that you have a single person to work under. So, if you are good for him you will do great but if you are bad then you'll survive [no one will listen after an extent whether you are genuine or not]. Be aware of the politics and fix layout structure. Your vertical growth will happen only in salary but proper team handling, risk analysis, feasibility studies all are something which you'll miss.
