      Pros

      Nothing, it was boring, restrictive, and I didn't learn anything. Very frustrating job.

      Cons

      Creativity not welcome here. Process, process, process. If the process is broken, add a another process on top of the old one. Track everything. Value broken metrics over effective engineering. Toxic two-faced coworkers. Just terrible.

      Exposure to senior leadership and all that comes with it...

      Cons

      Low pay. Micromanagement. Hostile and defensive work culture. Mgmt rarely gives the benefit of the doubt. Jump to conclusions and rarely advise the employees in a constructive manner. Instead mistakes are used to belittle employees.

      I guess if you like happy hours it is an okay place to work. However, do to COVID-19 I doubt they even do that anymore.

      Cons

      Too many to even count. Management is 1-2 years older than who they are supervising. If you like making 0 dollars, this is the place for you! Management expects too much for 0 reward. Turnover rate is HIGH, probably because the salary is so LOW. Don't like your position? Too bad. Almost all entry level employees are signed into an 18 month contract where if they leave before 18 months, they owe Cvent money...and a lot of it.
