      Always evolving product, great team mates.

      Cons

      Leadership is completely dysfunctional in the Australia office and no one can or wants to do anything about it. The amount of good employees who have left this business because of it's toxic nature is staggering. Initially I thought it's got to be the employees problem, but over time you can see the soul crushing happening, the customers constantly complain about overly complicated processes and account management changes yet no one honestly addresses it. The support team in India some are great others are completely useless and break everything they touch and no one in the US cares.
