It’s difficult to know where to begin. I won’t repeat what has already been stated by others, except to confirm that the same issues still exist today. The Melbourne office is, without exaggeration, the most challenging work environment I have encountered. The culture is defined by constant micromanagement, unnecessary “check-in” meetings, and a patronizing leadership style that makes it incredibly difficult to do your job effectively. If you value your mental well-being and professional growth, I strongly advise against working here.
