      Teams are extremely tight-knit because you spend all your time together (working all the time) and social events are tied to work events, it feels very college like. You rely on your team to get through the day and survive any encounters with senior management

      Toxic leadership — from the very top, the leaders are rude, mean, and pride themselves on making you feel small.

      Do not listen to other reviews. This is a terrible place to work

      This company treats employees TERRIBLY. The benefits are horrible. Extreme micro management. They pay you like dirt. My colleagues who were let go at the start of the pandemic made more on unemployment than we were getting in our paychecks! C suite only cares about sales. Also, the Cvent products suck. Mean and disgruntled customers constantly. You deserve better. You will lose sight of your talents and individuality because you are treated like a robot everyday. Save yourself— do not work here!!!
