      Pros

      Upper management is trying to take the company to new levels.

      Cons

      Employees are not valued at all!. Benefits are pretty bad. No 401K, extremely high family insurance. Managers seem to be least bothered with your problems. No flexibility or work from home policy.

      Pros

      Cvent offers a very fun environment to work in. They are your typical tech company that knows how to have a great time out of the office. There products are very cool and the company is truly a market leader.

      Cons

      Management is young and inexperienced, many of them have only worked at Cvent and do not have any outside perspective. Every company tries to keep there cost of sale low, however their commission structure is pretty much capped even though they will tell you its not. There is very little upward mobility after you reach account executive. They are the only company that i have every worked for that offers a Senior title with no pay raise...
