      1. Meetings, Events, Travel and Hotel is a fun industry 2. Cvent (IRL) is a “fun” culture with regular parties and happy hours

      Long hours during training done on camera on zoom daily at set time no matter where you are in country, that includes weekly product and service assessments that must be passed with a score of 80% or higher. No ability to learn product in job, no matter what position. Bad work/life balance High stress Will lose job if all assessments and projects completed
