      Terrible pay, 6 months until you're into the role, not transparent in interview process to what the job actually is.

      Pros

      -modern office with metro stop -group outings & office catering frequently -worthwhile product (hospitality cloud sales) -great for those just out of college, many entry level college grads are promoted multiple times within 2 years

      Cons

      -too much micromanagement, they don't trust their employees -lots of middle management have no idea what they are doing, generally because they have only worked at Cvent -below market rates for salary; cheap; room share on business trips is not a comfortable situation -way to much focus on process than production rather than accepting different styles of salespeople and being flexible with how to sell -definitely frowned upon to work less than 9 hours a day on a consistent basis -very few women in executive level positions -many, many, many irrelevant meetings that should have been an email
