      Great environment for recently graduated college students Great sales training program Good introduction into the industry and access to high-level prospects

      Salary Low base pay, with low commissions Work-life balance is horrible - Days average 10 hours Very "metric" driven - sales reps are based on how many calls they can make in a day, not how successful they are

      Pros

      Young workforce that is fun. They train you pretty well for a couple of months and that is the honeymoon phase where they tell you how great the company is.

      Cons

      very unprofessional, low pay, high turnover, a lot of micromanaging. After training they start to get pretty annoying and stress quantity of calls. They have a pretty bad product that they oversell, honestly. There business model is oversaturated and not sustainable for longterm growth.
