      Pros

      Amazing work culture. The annual events are mind blowing as its event management sotware company. The theory behind this is that if you experience something personally then you will be able to sell and support it better. "Work hard party harder" cultutre.

      Cons

      Operations and HR team are learning a lot from their mistakes. So you might not fund a few things as its a rapidly growing company. But eventually things will change and have changed in the past in a positive manner.

      - Immediate responsibility - opportunity for advancement early on - great culture/people - they invest in you as an employee with on going training/development program and extensive up front training program - contests and added incentives - fun activities outside of work (company happy hours, amazing Christmas party, paintball trips, trips to Kings Dominion ect.) - casual dress code - brand new office space in Q3 - hard work will pay off - potential to make good money out of school

      - don't match 401K - while the development program is amazing, middle management can slightly micro-manage at times
