      In Portland, had a great facilities and people to work with. It was a good experience, learned a lot about the event space market.

      Cons

      Felt that the path for advancement wasn't clearly understood by the staff.

      great work atmosphere, transparent management, work timing flexibility, opportunity to learn and grow, good compensation package, excellent infrastructure and facilities, good knowledgeable pool of people to work and learn with, nice perks and benefits, can maintain proper work/life balance.
