I have been with Cvent for a little over three years and the experience has been great. Not only has Cvent given me a foundation for my career but also tons of opportunities and fast track growth that I possibly could not have gotten in other software companies (especially with the slump in IT industry).Cvent is known for its young, vibrant and enterprising culture and you can feel the beat the moment you step in the office. If I have to list down top things that truly matter to me then this is what the list would look like: 1. Good Infrastructure – latest software to work on, dual screens and multiple chill zones. 2. It’s easy to go talk to the management team. They are very accessible. 3. I love the PTO funda here. You can take PTO by the hour or minutes instead of marking a half day or a full day PTO for a 1 hour doctor appointment. 4. Not only has the company experience fast tracked growth, the employees also get that kind of growth opportunities. I have worked on several direct impact strategic projects which would have been kind of difficult in other software companies. 5. 2 Minute walk to Cyber Hub – Best thing ever!

I've learned so much, had many opportunities to advance my career, gain amazing new colleagues, and expand my role within the company.
