Pros

Salary is good as compare to other companies Salary related other policies are also good Appraisal is very good No frequent weekend support like many companies( hardly once in 6 months )

Cons

Leaves are less Minimum Working hours more than standard 9:30hrs Technology wise less growth of an individual, only a reason for a person to change

Pros

I write only for the Marketing Research Associate role The work is repetitive and sad, Pro being once you get used to it, you can find your ways around it. The crowd is young, since they hire only freshers for this role, so i made some good friends.

Cons

Where do i start and where do i stop? Marketing Research associate has got nothing to do with Marketing and has nothing to do with research. If they could manufacture robots to feed data into their systems, they would not need people anymore. No one cares about the marketing department, It is shoddy and mistreated. No one i met at the floor was actually happy with what they were doing. The mid level management is the worst, The people who are now managers and senior managers were associates at one point of time, with a small team back then they were to work as mules, now that they have been promoted they are giving the same thing back to new hires. Everything is monitored from your breaks to browsing to everything, while all that seems fine, what would you do at your desk when the work is so repetitive you want to kill yourself. All the good, bright one's leave early or once they complete two years, People who stay back are ineffecient and disorganized and they stay back because if you are paid to do nothing why would you want a job where you are paid higher to do something? The salary is less and you work for 9.5 hours.

In-house job, good infrastructure, growing company, 5 day working, salary on time, flexible work timings, good leave policy, you don't have to extend your shifts,

Cons

Data entry role, 2 year contract, Every employee looking to get out and get a new job thus has lead to bad image among recruiters, US employees and Other departments treated somehow much better.
