      Pros

      Amazing culture, great pay packages, entrepreneurial environment, loads of travel options for the sales team and great job satisfaction.

      Cons

      With an increasing team size of course the personal touch of the company is fading away for the employees.

      Pros

      I think Cvent provides a good platform for people to learn about the events & meetings industry.

      Cons

      There are more than several cons about working for this company. The main problem is that the management, specially the lower and middle management is highly inefficient and unorganized. The company, in spite of it's advertised exponential growth, stands on extremely weak pillars of selfish and self-centric management. The company only boasts of being a Corporate. However, the functioning is still that of a typical bureaucratic organization. In fact, most bureaucratic orgs function much more effectively than Cvent. There are countless other issues. Disparity among growth & development prospects, internal office politics, non-performance linked benefits, unethical conduct of the management, are just some of them to list.
