      Great company culture, coworkers around the same age so able to connect with them. Great managers who are easy to work with.

      Cons

      Executive management and Vista Board of Trustees shake up the company every 6 or so months.

      Great Technology, talented colleagues, tons of learning opportunity

      Cons

      Habitually became a shaming culture if expectations were not met, from the top down. Moral was pretty dismal for long stretches as project leads would paint apocalyptic pictures if certain expectations were not met. Always looking to make cuts and optimize despite progress with almost zero loyalty and long-term comfort without compromising your personal social lifestyle.
