Pros
1) Good India office setup. 2) Your concerns or voice will be heard by the US Senior Mangt ppl only. 3) Perks are good. 4) Few good technical projects to work on.
Cons
1) Sr. mangt people in tech are very rude and disgusting. They play politics with the team member career. 2) Growth opportunities are poor and the career path is very slow in progression. You can only get the benefits when you resign the job and negotiate it during the period of notice period. 3) Sr. mangt people in tech think of themselves as "OWNERS", rather than employees of the company. They treat their team members as servants or factory workers. 4) There is plenty of difference in terms of bonus, benefits, designation, role & duties between the India and US employees. US employees are always on the upper hand. 5) Much of the benefits lies with the Sr. mangt people and other employees are left aside. 6) The entire decision making is on the US side and the India side manager do not play any role. 7) Less holidays per calendar year. 8) No car parking facility for employees 9) Plenty of issues in getting the cab request. 10) Sr. Mangt people force the employees to work more than 8 hrs per day without any incentives. 11) HR takes the feedback for the formality sake and takes no actions against the senior Mangt and managers.
