No work will be assigned to you. Only a few handful of Senior people assign work to themselves, so you can relax

Cons

Management does not know what they are doing. No work is ever given. Every keystroke is monitored. Office is very dirty

A Chinese company with typical Chinese culture

The only pro in if you work for this company is if your ethnicity is Chinese, all other people working for the company are looked down upon

Cons

No sense of direction for management. Has one or two government contracts, which a few people in the company keep doing. The managers do not give any work to new hires, and made to sit around all day. New developers are hired only to show the government agency that they have people working for the company.
