night shift managers are not focused on work, they interested in personal romance most ssg staff is frustrated, but not speaking up as they are scared of losing job

Smaller company means I can get things done. Family atmosphere. Lots of expertise present. Global perspectives. Strong work ethic. Coworkers are friendly. "Business" perspective balanced with "technical" perspective.

Cons

India-centered, so sometimes US perspective is lost. Time zone challenges. English isn't everyone's native language, so communications are sometimes difficult. Communications around the world can be technically challenging..
