The leadership and overall work culture. It is not a safe environment to work. There is no existence of an open door policy; you are given written warnings, unfair treatment and verbal attacks should you even dare to skip a level or voice an opinion. There is less of work and more of procedures set for everything under the name of processes. While there are gems and veterans who keep the organization afloat, the ratio of those riding on these and creating toxicity without really contributing much is a nuisance - resulting in people not wanting to continue. So, make your choices clearly.
