No Pros to comment . Stupid people.

Cons

They will hire you with lucrative salary . Give you a permanent position after 6 months as soon as the year completion comes and your increment is due if there are no projects they will give you any bs reason for shortage of funds and ask you to leave. This they do in bulk across depts. so you do not complain and immediately next month invite fresh applications. HR dept. is mere puppet of director. They do not have any powers.
