Work here only if you are NOT getting a job anywhere else, because compared to this organization even a call center job looks promising & holds a better future.
Cons
1 Highly unstable (hire & fire) environment. They hire in bulk & then fire in bulk. 2 HR has no say at all, hence unable to mediate, in case of unfair decisions. 3 Upper management really needs to come to terms with the fact that the world does NOT revolve around them. Sorry to break it to you, guys! But get a grip on yourselves.
