Pros

Cybrary continues to lead the way as an employer. The benefits are amazing and it seems like every month we get something else added. These are some of the nicest and most helpful coworkers I've ever had. Management listens, takes the time to keep you informed, and values your input. Also, free lunch twice a week.

Cons

Uhhhhh.....depending on where you are traveling from, the commute might suck? Idk. This place is the bees knees and I can't think of any real downsides.

Pros

Cybrary is a startup company. People who thrive in a sink or swim environment will benefit greatly here. Sure there are lots of high-stress times, but that leads to impressive feats of creativity and innovation (which means rewards). I recommend Cybrary for people who want to build something of tremendous value and make an impact on people. In the end, it's all about the mission. Yes, there is a risk of working at startups. It can be here today and gone tomorrow, but things are different with Cybrary since it is composed of passionate education-oriented teams of individuals. It's all about the team mentality. Being a startup, the organizational structure still isn't fully laid out which means unclear boundaries. This is wonderful for the problem solvers! Fewer Rules = Creative solutions.

Cons

In typical startup fashion, there are short-term risks. Pay is usually not the best, benefits plain out suck, and work-life balance can be interesting at times. I hope these issues are addressed as the company scales up

Pros

A place that empowers employees and encourages them to succeed without regard to failures along the way.

Cons

Getting enough people in to continue to grow at our rapid pace.
