It's a great to be apart of this company during its growing phase and get to influence it's blossoming culture. From the company sponsored lunches, outings, and nerf wars, its a wonderful experience. You definitely will feel the pressure here as it is a startup company and alot is expected of the employees. This job will challenge you for the better, not just for the company's benefit, but for your own. Be willing to adapt, be flexible, aggressively learn, and have fun.

-the direction of product strategy is always changing -some of the leadership is tone deaf to the pressures and messaging they are sending. Disregard for the impact layoffs have had on those that remain
