Cybrary is a very young company so there is tons of opportunity to take on a lot of responsibility and help build a great business.

Cons

Since it's a young, fast growing company, sometimes it feels like there is a lack of structure, or things might change one week to the next.

Pros

I had a great interview experience at Cybrary hence why I was thrilled to accept their job offer. I had some nerves going into the interview because I did not have a background in IT or cybersecurity however all those nerves went out the door when we started the interview. The team was fun, friendly and reassuring that the cybersecurity knowledge needed would be taught and learned over time in the position. The CEO even sat to chat with me for a little bit. I've been working here for around 5 months now and the position is everything that I was expecting it to be... and more. I have learned so much and am so happy to be apart of an organization like Cybrary. Also if you have questions about the company, most employees are active on LinkedIn and happy to chat with people about their questions on the company. If you get the opportunity to interview here go for it!
