Pros

Great people on the team. Ryan, Trevor, and Ralph are great people. I would like to stay in touch with them as friends. I liked the lunches and weekly meetings which were much fun. The company is solving a real problem which makes users love the company and I enjoyed that.

Cons

As any startup things are fast and require a lot of trial and error. I enjoy that, but I understand that some people wouldn't.
