-Extremely passionate people, hard workers -Management honestly cares about their employees -Anyone can make an impact if they're willing to take risks

Cons

-It's a startup, with all the positives and negatives that entails. --You probably won't be 9-5 very often. --Direction can change very suddenly, even on key parts of the business

Cybrary is a great place to learn and grow. Everyone is friendly and always willing to help you out.

Cons

As many of the other reviews stated this is not the place for you if you are not a self starter. Things move and change very fast, this is not a bad thing but it is not for everyone.
