Pros

Cybrary is impacting so lives of 1.5 million+ people around the world. People who otherwise would have to spend $5,000+ with no guarantee, can use Cybrary to greatly improve their own life and the lives of their family - Free Nitro Cold Brew Coffee Kegerator - Tons of fun throughout the day and amongst the employees - Care-free, inter-office Nerf wars - Unlimited free lunches Tuesdays and Thursdays - Rewarded for your time and hard work - Every employee gets a new computer/monitor/etc :) - Knowledge-sharing among the team, help you learn new things outside of your specific position - You will love the open office and the view!

Cons

- It requires hard work. Though being a newly minted Series A startup, this is completely understandable. They have a big vision that can truly impact a lot of people's lives...that takes work! - Still figuring a lot of things out. Again to be expected. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment you'll have a blast. No micro-management, lots of autonomy. - Insurance policy is very good for a startup company, but has room to improve.
