Pros

Generous PTO policy, great leaders (for the most part), a lot of flexibility and work-life balance. Everyone's willing to help and it's now fully remote. They do promote within quite a bit and seek out driven individuals to "move the needle".

Cons

The culture was (emphasis here) great, but covid really screwed things up along with the multiple rounds of layoffs.

Pros

-Great coworkers who are collaborative and supportive -the product and vision is relevant to the industry -flexible work environment

Cons

-the direction of product strategy is always changing -some of the leadership is tone deaf to the pressures and messaging they are sending. Disregard for the impact layoffs have had on those that remain
