Cyeint rarely fires its employees so almost 100% Job safety is their. Transportation facility fare is only 600rs/month and so the transportation is reasonable. New opportunities to learn.

Cons

Their will not be internal job postings for sure. Bad food in cafeteria. Middle management will ensure that lower management resigns so that no body harms their chair. Huge Politics. No transport during shifts which is at night 12:45 and in morning 5:00 All people at middle management though talk about being ethical, all are moral less brute. No onsite opportunity as Project Managers ensure their pets are onsite.
