-none, it's totally based on my experience in Cyient. Please don't generalize it. Opinion might be different for others.

Cons

- low quality work - management wouldn't even bother to check the quality of work. they just want to finish in time. - low salary -joined as fresher in Cyient as a Design Engineer. However, they forced me to work in Tech Pub for nearly 6 month.
