Pros

Its good for freshers if they are not getting job anywhere else.

Cons

1. On the name of policies they will cut your salaries in best possible way. 2. HR peoples are very rude and arrogant. 3. Mentality and Level of managers (APM, PM, AGM, GM) is very low. They even don't know how to write a mail correctly. 4. Even if you had served this company with full loyalty, they had nothing to do with your problems (even if someone is dying at your home, they wont listen you) 5. Once you resign, managers and management will become your enemies. They will not relieve you soon, as well as they will threaten you by threats of spoiling your carrier. 6. Don't join this company for the sake of getting an onsite. They will take in written from you for not leaving the company if you want to go onsite and then they will forget you. 7. They threatens and forces fresher engineers to do works like data entry and GIS (Geographic information system). They have nothing to do with an engineer's career, they will force you to do any scrap work in lieu of some revenue to generate.

Pros

Exposure to multiple tools in Mechacnical Design, God Onsite opportunities Good for people who join Cyient as Project Lead and above

Cons

3 Years bond to freshers Pay is much below its peer companies.I urge the campus hires not to opt for Cyient if you have any other offer in your hand.Your CTC after 3 years would be somewhere between 3.2 to 3.5 LPA which is a starting salary for freshers in it's peer companies.Even after 3 years of experience(after a professional course like B.Tech) you will not be able to make more than 25k per month. The take home hike would vary from 1000 to 1800 on an average no matter how much you perform. After one and half year you will feel like u have struck up in a mediocre life/profession even though it's an MNC. Associates are exposed to multiple domains and they finally end up without having a sound knowledage on any of them. You have to join here with a good pay or else it's gonna be very tough. Unfortunately Associate is responsible for getting billable work. Not the company. There are many con's but I am only writing a few here.

Pros

You can learn a lot as entry level depending on you domain that you get. No more pros you can expect in this company. It would be good for diploma candidates but not for graduates who ideally look for challenging carrier.

Cons

Very low salary. you need to sign bond fro 3 years if you join as a fresher and no better hikes in this period. Think twice before you join unless you do not have any other option join in this company. Not preferred for computer science graduates and not for the people who needs a challenge position.
